The Belmont Municipal Light Department Underground Transmission Line Project received the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Massachusetts 2019 Engineering Excellence Silver Award, and was further honored at the National ACEC 2019 EEA Gala in May, receiving a National Recognition Award. Teamed with Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, McMillen Jacobs provided design and construction phase services for five trenchless crossings on the approximately 4,400-foot-long (1,340 m) transmission line alignment.

After winning the Grand Award in the Structural Systems category at the ACEC Tennessee 2018 Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA), the Capitol Connector Tunnel Project was also awarded a National Recognition Award at the ACEC 2019 EEA gala. McMillen Jacobs provided tunnel engineering, design, and construction administration services, including QA blasting review for the new, 435-foot-long (133 m), below-grade pedestrian and utility corridor.

The Kaneohe-Kailua Wastewater Conveyance & Treatment Facilities Project took home the 2019 ACEC Hawaii Engineering Excellence Grand Conceptor Award. As a subconsultant to Wilson Okamoto, McMillen Jacobs provided tunnel engineering services for the 16,000-foot-long
(5,150 m), 10-foot-diameter (3 m) conveyance/storage tunnel.

The Great Hill Tunnel and Pipeline Restoration Project was awarded the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Connecticut 2019 Small Project Achievement in Civil Engineering (ACE) Award Honorable Mention. This project involved the inspection and rehabilitation of the existing 100-million-gallons-per-day (MGD), 3,600-foot-long (1,100 m), 6-foot (1.8 m) horseshoe-shaped raw water transmission tunnel, including manned inspection and repairs such as shotcrete, cement mortar patching, and contact grouting.
