Crystal Mountain Boulevard was a complex roadway improvement project in Enumclaw, Washington, involving three culvert replacements and high rock scaling and removal, all in a challenging mountain setting. The project required multiple mobilizations over the course of three construction seasons. McMillen Jacobs was contacted by attorneys for the owner to provide project advisement, contract review, and schedule analysis for resolution of several contractor requests for equitable contract adjustment. Following consultation with McMillen Jacobs’ experts, the issues were resolved.
