Ken Dombroski is the Central Region Manager, and a Principal Civil Engineer. Ken has 30 years of experience as a civil engineer, focusing primarily in storm water management and municipal engineering. He is one of the leading experts in the Great Lakes region regarding manufactured storm water treatment devices and methods for underground storm water detention. Other accomplishments in this role included the approval of manufactured storm water solutions by regulatory agencies and educating the design profession on the appropriate use of this approach to storm water management. His diverse project expertise includes dam rehabilitation, sanitary sewer collection systems, bridge replacements/rehabilitations, mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls, and road widening projects. Ken holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Public Administration, both from Cleveland State University. He is a registered Civil Engineer in Ohio.
