Mara McMillen is the President and one of the founders of McMillen, LLC and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for McMillen Jacobs Associates. Ms. McMillen guides our business operations with a particular emphasis on financial performance. She is responsible for the daily operations of the company and subsidiaries. In her role with McMillen, LLC working with the leaders in the water resource and construction divisions she is involved in marketing strategies to not only maintain staying power but grow within the hydropower, water, permitting, hydraulic and hydrologic, fisheries, and water resource markets.
