Vincent Autier is a Registered Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience. He is on the McMillen Board of Directors and manages the civil discipline for the water resource division. Mr. Autier has been dedicated to the design and construction of fish passage facilities and supporting improvements at other hydroelectric facilities and is able to take a project from the early phase, through design development, construction, and commissioning. Mr. Autier specializes in the design of fish passage, hatchery, and trapping facilities as well as complex plant civil works. Components of his work have included fish ladders, holding pools, fish locks, sorting facilities, loading and transport systems, water supply systems, gates, spillways, bulkheads, stoplogs, and prototype equipment, as well as ponds, diversion dams, weirs, sluiceways, canals, stilling basins, intake structures, powerhouses, tunnels, conduits, and energy dissipaters. He also brings experience estimating operating and maintenance costs for fisheries facilities including equipment, material, manpower, and power costs, and has provided construction support during construction.
